2. Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes, without attempting to harm its operation, security or availability for other users.

3. Intellectual property

The site content (text, graphics, logo, code, visual identity) belongs to Storm Energy SRL or its partners and is protected by law. It may not be copied or redistributed without our written consent, except for normal quotation with attribution.

4. Content you submit

Messages and information you send through the form remain yours. We use them solely to respond to you and provide the services you request.

5. Pricing and quotes

Prices and packages published on the site are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. The binding offer is the one we send you in writing after discussing your needs. Published prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

6. Personal data protection

How we process your data is described in the Privacy statement and complies with Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection (applicable from 23 August 2026) and, for people located in the European Union, with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

7. Availability and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee the site will always be available or error free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the site.

8. External links

The site may contain links to third-party sites — for example our partner Smartix Digital (smartix.digital) or the Smart Hosting control panel (cp.smartix.digital). Following such a link takes you off tsync.pro: that service has its own controller, its own cookies and its own privacy policies, and the documents published on this site do not cover it. We do not control and are not responsible for its content.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. The language of interpretation is Romanian. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you additionally keep the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

10. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you are dissatisfied with the site or our services, write to us first at contact@tsync.pro. We acknowledge receipt within 5 working days and answer on the substance within 30 calendar days.

If we do not reach a solution, disputes are settled by the competent courts at the registered office of Storm Energy SRL, in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. For corporate clients, the contract signed between the parties may provide for a different forum or for arbitration, and the contractual clause prevails over this provision.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence, or to use the alternative dispute resolution bodies of your country, under the applicable mandatory rules.
