This policy explains which cookies and locally stored data we use on tsync.pro, why we use them and how you can control them.

1. In short

tsync.pro is a static site with no user account. We do not use advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies. We only use strictly necessary and security storage — which is why we do not show you a cookie consent banner.

2. Strictly necessary storage (in your browser)

We store only your display preferences locally, using local storage. This data stays in your browser, is never sent to us and is not used for profiling:

  • theme preference (light / dark);
  • language preference (RO / EN).

3. Form anti-spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

On the contact page we load Cloudflare Turnstile, a service that verifies the form is filled in by a person and not by a bot. To work, Turnstile is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. and may set technical cookies and read signals about your browser and device (including your IP address).

The basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in protecting the form against abuse and automated messages. As a security measure strictly necessary for the service you request, it does not depend on consent. Turnstile is designed not to track users across sites and not to be used for advertising.

4. Hosting provider cookies

Our hosting provider may set strictly technical cookies needed to deliver pages securely and to balance traffic. These are not used for marketing.

5. What we do not do

  • we do not use Google Analytics or other traffic analytics tools;
  • we do not use advertising pixels (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn etc.);
  • we do not sell or share data for behavioural advertising;
  • we do not track you across other sites.

6. How to control this data

You can delete locally stored data at any time from your browser settings (clear site data / local storage / cookies). This will reset your theme and language preferences. You can also block cookies in your browser, but the contact form may not work correctly without the anti-spam check.

7. Changes

If we add analytics, maps or marketing components in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before activating them where the law requires it. The current version is dated 2026-08-27.
